The location was perfect, close to the promenade for the best restaurants, the center, and the main pedestrian street, in a pedestrian area. And it was within a close distance from San Francisco, ate there couple of times. The food served was good.

The staff were very very helpful and flexible and the location was amazing right in the centre of town. I liked that the room was air-conditioned and brand-new with fridge. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Shkoder.

We both truly enjoyed it, the place is excellant and simple and suited fine. There where good beds and a refrigerator, central heating, and a TV set in the triple room. Food was fine and restaurant was absolutely lovely.

Every time we stay in Shkoder, like to stay here. Overall, it's holiday base for exploring Shkoder attractions. The property is based right in the heart of the town. The rooms are reasonably large with fridge and the staff are exceptionally nice! The service is perfect, includes paid parking.

The location in an industrialised area was marvellous and there were a bakery and shops nearby. Before bed I went to Bar Fontana for a nightcap, it's right at the hotel.

The staff was amicable, excellent, and responded promptly to requests. Really enjoyed a refrigerator, an air conditioning, and a work desk in the room. The bed was comfy; and there was a bathtub. Its service was welcoming. Besides, our parking was nearby. Our hotel was in a marvellous and unbeatable location in the center of Shkodra.

The staff were very very helpful, a real pleasure to deal with. Amazing central location right by Koman and Valbona, the town main promenade surrounded be cafes and the gallery. I dined next to the hotel at Vila Bekteshi.

The staff was very very helpful and knowledgeable and my stay was just perfect, would stay here again. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was excellent. Besides, my parking was nearby. The hotel had perfect and good location right by Theth and valbona as well as the promenade for the best restaurants. I had some drinks at Shtepia e Birres, positioned 400 metres away

Stayed for 1 day and did n't feel like leaving, I would happily return. I liked the hotel & my perfect stay. Thanks to knowledgeable staff the entire venue was fairly clean. Stylish king room was calm. Best possible location not too far from Vendi i Deshmise dhe Kujteses. Visited few places in the center, within easy walking distance of the hotel

I did not want to leave there, had a really comfortable experience and will definitely go again next time. Clean property, VERY-VERY NICE staff. A tub was reasonably large and everything was just perfect.
